    As it is said, “A healthy mind lives in a healthy body” Sports plays an important role in developing physical as well as mental strength in students. Daily exercise is essential for students as It helps them to stay fit and healthy. Sports not only teach the students about time management and discipline but also help them to reduce stress and depression.

    School also provides opportunities to Basketball and Volleyball players to bring out the best in them. School has a Synthetic Kabaddi Mat where students practice and excel their skills in Kabaddi under the guidance and supervision of Trained Coaches appointed by the Vidyalaya. Moreover, Yoga is an essential and vital part of daily routine in Vidyalaya.
